Funders Fight Back is a 10-month group coaching program designed for philanthropists and impact investors who want to protect and advance progress in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) despite current social and political challenges.

The program equips participants with the strategies, tools, and community support to transition from cautious contributors to confident DEI advocates, enabling them to counter anti-DEI narratives, build effective partnerships, and make a measurable impact. Through live sessions, a supportive network, and hands-on capstone projects, Funders Fight Back empowers funders to take bold, informed action in their commitment to social justice and equity.
