We hear you!

Does this sound like you?

01

You’re eager to invest in DEI, but after partnering with social justice nonprofits that lacked the capacity for real impact, you’re left feeling disappointed and hesitant about your next steps. You are fed up with the uncertainty and tired of struggling to find trustworthy organizations that are genuinely committed to impactful DEI work and not just surface-level promises.

02

You’re tired of wasting time, money, and energy on methods that make zero impact. You are frustrated by the lack of clear metrics, feeling stuck and unsure if your DEI investments are truly making a difference or just checking boxes.

03

As a committed DEI donor, you’re deeply frustrated watching essential progress unravel due to policy rollbacks, leaving you feeling powerless and uncertain about the future of the work you believe in. Frustrated by the constant setbacks and attacks on DEI, you are feeling exhausted by the uphill battle to protect the progress you’ve championed for a more inclusive future.

You're not alone

You’re experiencing this problem because...

In today’s turbulent landscape, many investors are feeling hesitant when approaching DEI work.

Concerns over financial impacts, backlash, and the complexity of implementing DEI initiatives can lead to caution. Yet, a powerful shift is happening. Forward-thinking investors are embracing the undeniable long-term value that DEI brings — from sparking innovation and employee engagement to improving decision-making and fostering a culture that consistently outperforms. Funders Fight Back is designed to help you harness this momentum and turn your DEI investments into lasting change.

Imagine the Possibilities

What if I told you there was a better way?

Imagine if every investor made DEI a top priority, actively supporting companies and organizations that champion diversity, equity, and inclusion at every level. Picture a world where each investment helps break down barriers, foster innovation, and create opportunities for underrepresented voices. By focusing on DEI, investors could drive systemic change, transforming industries into inclusive spaces that not only thrive but also set new standards for fairness and impact.
